Community & Beauty
A simple treatment timeline to help you feel radiant and confident for family gatherings, iftars, and Eid celebrations.
For many of our clients in Dearborn’s Arabic and Middle Eastern community, Ramadan and Eid are the biggest gatherings of the year — family visits, iftars, and celebrations where you want to look and feel your absolute best. Here’s the treatment timeline we recommend to our community every year.
Quick Facts
Start laser hair removal early: Because laser requires multiple sessions spaced weeks apart, begin your course 2–3 months before Eid for the smoothest results by celebration time.
Book HydraFacial close to Eid: HydraFacial has zero downtime and delivers instant glow — perfect to schedule just 2–3 days before Eid celebrations.
Microblading needs lead time: Brows take about 4–6 weeks to fully heal after microblading, including a touch-up session, so plan well ahead of Eid.
Carbon Peel for a last-minute glow: Zero downtime and immediate brightening — a great option even just days before a big family gathering.
Studio hours during Ramadan: We remain open our regular hours, Monday–Sunday 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, with flexible scheduling for iftar timing — just ask when booking.
Our community: American Laser Plus has proudly served Dearborn's Arabic, Middle Eastern, and diverse community since 2014, with technology and staff who understand your skin and your celebrations.
Every year, we see the same wonderful rush in our studio as Ramadan and Eid approach — clients preparing to look and feel their best for family, community, and celebration. As a studio that has proudly served Dearborn Heights' Arabic and Middle Eastern community since 2014, we understand both the beauty goals and the scheduling realities of this season. Here's the timeline we recommend.
If smooth, hair-free skin is on your list for Eid, now is the time to start — not the week before. Laser hair removal requires a series of 6–8 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart to achieve 80–90% permanent reduction, so starting your course 2–3 months ahead gives you time for multiple sessions and visible results well before celebrations begin.
Microblading gives you natural, hair-stroke brows that last 12–18 months — but the healing process takes time. Expect some initial darkness in the first week, gradual fading and settling over the following weeks, and a touch-up appointment around the 4–6 week mark to perfect the shape and color. Book early enough that your brows are fully healed and camera-ready by Eid.
If you're hoping to address a specific stubborn area with body contouring, or want to start a short course of anti-aging or microneedling treatments for firmer, more radiant skin, this window gives your body enough time to show visible results as fat cells clear or new collagen builds, without waiting until the very last minute.
Full body waxing lasts 3–4 weeks, so scheduling it 1–2 weeks before Eid ensures smooth skin that lasts through your celebrations without regrowth showing too early. If you're dealing with a breakout, a professional acne treatment in this window can calm inflammation and improve texture in time for photos and gatherings.
Save your instant-glow treatments for the final stretch. Both HydraFacial and Carbon Laser Peel deliver visible brightening and hydration with zero downtime, making them the perfect finishing touch just a few days before Eid — close enough that the glow is fresh, but with enough buffer that any mild redness fully settles beforehand.
We know fasting hours change your daily rhythm during Ramadan. Our studio remains open our regular hours, Monday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and we're happy to work with you on appointment timing around iftar and family commitments — just mention it when you call to book.
Every plan starts with a free consultation, where we'll map out exactly which treatments make sense for your goals and your timeline before Eid. Call us at (313) 513-4571 — we answer 24/7 — or stop by our Dearborn Heights studio to get started.
